Jay Allen

Jay is a proud fourth-generation Brantfordian and has been happily married to his loving wife, Andrea, for over 25 years. Together, they are the proud parents of their son, Liam, and daughter, Bronwyn.

Deeply committed to his community, Jay is actively involved behind the scenes in numerous local initiatives and currently serves on both Advocacy and Membership Committees with the Brantford Chamber of Commerce. His dedication to community engagement extends well beyond the boardroom.

If you don’t find Jay at the office or supporting local initiatives, you’ll likely find him at a sports facility. A passionate curler and softball player, Jay has played a significant role in bringing world-class curling events to Brantford, including the 2012 Masters Grand Slam of Curling, the 2016 Men’s Provincial Tankard, and multiple Mixed Doubles pre-Olympic trial events. Jay not only brings curling events to Brantford, he actively immerses himself in the sport as well. He was just recently a finalist in the the 2025 Senior Canadian Curling Championship. In softball, he recently achieved international success, earning a Gold Medal at the Senior International Championships in Utah.

With nearly two decades of experience in Wealth Management, Insurance, and Health/Group Benefits, Jay has also been published in several industry forums on best practices and leadership within the Financial Services sector. He looks forward to helping clients navigate their financial futures with confidence and clarity.
